All payments for services are processed directly with our management team. Our website does not accept online payments. After confirmation of your order, a company representative will provide detailed payment instructions, including bank account information or other authorized payment methods. Payments must be made prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. By making payment, you acknowledge acceptance of our terms and this Policy.

2. Service Confirmation

Services are considered confirmed only after our representative has contacted you and verified the details, schedule, and pricing. No work will begin, and no charges will be applied until confirmation is provided. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of incomplete information, unsafe conditions, or legal restrictions.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before service: If you cancel a service before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund of any amounts paid, minus reasonable administrative or preparation fees.
  • Partial service completion: If work has already started, refunds will be considered for the portion of services not yet rendered. Any materials or labor costs incurred up to the point of cancellation may be deducted from the refund.
  • Non-refundable cases: Certain custom or high-preparation services (e.g., large-scale paving projects requiring material procurement or crew scheduling) may be non-refundable after preparation or work commencement. Such conditions will always be communicated in advance.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Company (natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, or other force majeure events), services may be rescheduled or refunded at the Company’s discretion.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing to our management team. We will review each case individually and endeavor to reach a fair resolution in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. If an amicable resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court as allowed under local law.

We comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations regarding service agreements, cancellations, and refunds.
